The Deets

In this personalized introductory class, artist will learn to think visually, not using words and sounds but instead using the tools of visual art: light, line, shadow, shape, texture, depth, color, angle and perspective. Student-artists will learn about and experiment with a variety of tools and materials, including pens, pencils, brushes, cameras and more. Each class is personalized to meet the goals, needs and interests of the artist, and all classes are taught by professional artists who are passionate about supporting the next generation. Private and small group classes available but we recommend starting in a one-on-one setting. $60 per hour for group instruction || $90 per hour for private instruction PLEASE NOTE: a consultation is highly recommended prior to enrollment in any Art Detectives class.
